Processing time

All orders are processed within [2–5 business days] of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping rates & delivery times

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order via the carrier's website. Please allow up to [24–48 hours] for tracking information to become active.

Customs, duties & taxes

Rebeliish is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority. We are unable to declare items as gifts or mark packages with a lower value to avoid customs charges.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@rebeliish.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is processed.

Lost or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@rebeliish.com within 2 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
